His artistic brilliance was first acknowledged at the Manor Gallery's Black Like Us Art Exhibition in 2007 when he received the esteemed "Highly Recommended Painting" award. The following year, he triumphed once more, capturing both the coveted "Best Painting on Show" award and the First Prize, solidifying his place among the artistic elite. In 2009, Mind's mastery of the canvas was further acknowledged with yet another "Highly Recommended Painting" award and the Third Prize. Philippians 4:9, "Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report, if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things," and Colossians 3:23, "And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men," resonate within him.
